So whi has done yoga in pregnancy? Was it beneficial?? What other excercises would u recommend whilst being pregnant and at what stage do u think yoga should be started??
I have never done yoga before but a friend mentioned pregnancy yoga ismeant to be really good i would like to hear your thoughts!

I am taking pre natal yoga once a week..it helped me a lot with my lower back pain! But now I have other pains too and some positions are getting harder..but the instructor always has an alternative available so it works out!!!
I started at about 23 weeks when the pain was horrible right under my spinal cord!! I only have two more classes left so I will be done soon and don't intend to buy more classes!
