Hello everyone.

I’m looking for a good yoga class in Lahore. The only place I know of so far that offers yoga classes is Suk Chayn. I was wondering if anyone knew of any other classes ?

Yoga is the name of practices to improve health as regular practices will strengthen your muscles of the entire body. It also gives new energy not only to your body but also to your soul. In Pakistan, there is only few yoga centre which provides yoga classes to all the segments of society without any age, color and other differences.
