I forgot exactly what the reason is but it has something to do with the mostly used words. They did research on which words we use most, that's why some of those are under our fingers (asdfjkl;) and then others are above or below it.

I was thinking the same as Shikki. I think it is based on surveys and how we type. Having different letters at different places on keyboard would mean that we can type fast (without looking) than if they were all in order.

Can Zardari have balls to fire Kiani and Shuja Pasha?

i think this is the reason… bcoz when we were discussing it in class, a student from Europe commented how the letters in their keyboard was re-arrange to suit the words most commonly used in their language… cant remember where she was from, sha’id France :hmmm:

Dushi aapi, my reasoning was not based on any article but rather my ownself because it would be hard for me to type if we had keyboard in A B C D E F order becuse some of those letters are not even used a lot whereas others which are used a lot are probably close together on keyboard and in a way that it enables us to type without looking.
