Another rishta for ladies 
Say a guy emigrated to a western country illegally. Got his things in order in later years through loopholes in regulation and now has a valid work visa. Would you say yes to him, if everything else seems fine about him?
Me personally? Not a cat in hells chance. That's my personal opinion though. Why? Because from experience of my close friends those who find these 'loopholes' continue to find them throughout life and before you can say 'what the heck' they have their whole family moving over who you are expected to help settle into the western country-quite frankly more headache and work than it's worth in my humble opinion.

never. someone who can emigrate illegally, can do most other things. and doesnt have any principles.
