Why do the traders at the stock market yell? Who listens to them and does this mean that the loudest voice wins?
Re: Yelling
the traders yell to the 'specialists' which are people that basically connect buyers of stocks to sellers of stocks. The yelling takes place in e.g the NYSE which is an auction market and stocks are traded thru traders yelling out the prices at which they are willing to buy and sell. and no the loudest voice doesnt win but it is the lowest selling price and highest buying price that dictates a stocks current price.
Re: Yelling
doesn this mean that hitler would have made an excellent trader?
