I wanna to see the guidlines for moderators from Admin. If they are posted already… then could someone, kindly, point me to the right direction?

Dude, mods have the same guidelines which all members are aware of - or atleast should be, since these are clearly spelled out in forum policies, rules of registration and as response to various questions here.
