Although this lyrical poem is an attempt to praise God, its aartistically poor, and technically inferior. It lacks proper radeef and the author has no sense of wazan. Actually the posted poem is a cheap copy of an original Ghazal by popular lyricist and poet Sabir Zafar.
Here's is what I remember of the original. Notice the huge difference in the maturity of thought and expression:
Na tera khuda koi aur hai na mera khuda koi aur hai
ye jo kismatain hai juda juda ye mu'amla koi aur hai
wo ajeeb manzar-e-khwab tha, ke wajood tha ya saraab tha
kabhi yoon laga nahee koi, aur kabhi yoon laga koi aur hai
Kaee naqsh thay jo bigarr gaye, kaee log thay jo bicharr gaye
Kaee sheher thay jo ujarr gaye, abhee zulm kya koi aur hai
