IP apna masla khud hi hal kar sakta hai, aap is silsale meiN us ki koi madad nahiN farma sakte. Jab mod ya admin aap se koi request kareiN tau baat maan leni chahiye, ya phir apni soch ke match karta BB dhoond ke khush rahne ki koshish karni chahiye. Ham bhi khush aur aap bhi.
That thread is one that I made by removing objectionable comments by IP from other threads, and shipping them off to review folder to be reviewed.
So, he did not open up the thread himself, but this is something that I tried to do, because many of his objectionable comments were spread out thru various threads. So instead of shipping ALL of the threads to review, I pulled out some of his posts.
It required a lot of work, because I had to pull out the comments, merge them, and move them to review, so I only did it for two of his comments. The rest are still there, and I've let them go.
As for warnings, I have warned him MANY times, via PM and also inside the threads themselves. He had ample warning.

Zakhmi Umer, from my part, I communicated with him via PM about his behavior. And it wasn't just the first set of pictures he posted that created the problem. It was his general attitude. In fact, after banning IP, I would have spoken in his favour with his new name, but he had to have that signiture which was a direct insult to me as a moderator.
At this point, this is all in the hands of admin. My part is over. I just want you to know that I had no personal agenda, and I kept trying to make him understand before he got banned. I think he had ample opportunities to straighten out his behavior.
