Mood swings are termed as mood swings…n not postnatal depression.
Severe situations such as bipolar disorder also termed as manic depression is not due to weaker belief cuz in tht ppl have episodes of being high too…where they are very happy and think they can conquer the world (metaphorically)
So if it was due to weal belief or pessimist attitude how would it have episodes of being so happy.These episodes may last a few hours , days or even weeks.
