*** Asa laga ke dard kisi ne ghata diya pathar jub uski yaad ka dil se hata diya

is wastay hai apni ama’was se dosti
ye chand jub bhi nikla hami ko daga diya

kuch dair pahlay khwaab maiN the sath sath huM
is khushgawar neend se kis ne jaga diya

hotay haiN kuch asool judaye ke bhi magar
tum ne to ek pal maiN sabhi kuch bhula diya

jis ke sadaqtooN pe bohat maaN tha Batool
usne munafiqat ko saleeka neya diya
