Yasir Qadhi - Seerah of the Prophet (pbuh)

[Yt]VOUp3ZZ9t3A[/yt]

This series consisting of 104 episodes about the life of the Prophet (pbuh) is well worth watching and recommended by so many people. If you belief that the Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) is Allah’s messenger and the Seal of the Prophets, then you ought to learn about his life and mission. May we all benefit from it, ameen. :flower2:

I have watched till ep 35 or 36. Have you watched all the episodes?

No, not yet. I just finished reading an academic book about the Seerah and now insha Allah will start with this series. He has 2 other wonderful series, one about the wives of the Prophet (pbuh), Mothers of the Believers, as well as a series on the Sahabas. Have you watched those?

 , I haven’t. Ye wali he khatam ho jaye pehle :bummer:

:hehe: I know, the Sahaba series is also around a 100 episodes. It will be a miracle if I finish it before Ramazan begins. When you look at the comment section, alot of people watch the Seerah series multiple times o_o But it’s Yasir Qadhi, unlike uni lectures, I can listen to his lectures for hours.

I hope you are able to finish it before ramadhan. I’ll restart watching it around July (summer vacations) In Sha Allah

I'll check it later. Thanks for sharing.

Seerah is something we all should know about regardless of our faith (or lack of), sect etc

@SID_NY Agreed. Only thing non-muslims seem to "know" about the Prophet (pbuh) is how old Aisha was when he married her. Or that he liked to wage wars and to force people embrace Islam. Sigh.

When you do watch this series, I'd suggest to take notes. The first episode alone was so imformative.
