y r ppl not allowed to bring back their OWN old threads??
sometimes its fun to go back and read old threads..and bring them up…so that members can also read them again..and have fun…
DT they r allowed.
In last week or two few old threads were digged back too by the same guppy, & it was oki. The only potential risk is when ppl start digging 3-4-5 threads back in 10 min.
I think u were here when in past, few members bring few threads back, then others did the same & in while, the cafe became a mess. To avoid any similar posibility, such action are taken.
U can always bring back ur 1 or two threads every other day 
first of all..threads were not brought back up within a span of 10 minutes…
no one has time to read old threads everyday

threads were brought back with a purpose and specific reason…5 brought up threads don’t destroy a freakin forum…
AND u didn’t need to LOCK the freaking thread…u could’ve just PM’ed the member who was bringing up thread keh don’t bring up anymore…or something on more decent basis…LOCKING the thread shows alot

i was one of those who brought back old threads in the past…and that did make a little mess…but that “bringing up” was just random “bringing up”..where i just brought back any old thread…but this wasn’t just random “bringing back”…
today is EID for freakin sake…and a thanksgiving break here in US…bringing up a couple of old threads…with replies does not cause cafe to become a mess…

Yes sorry my mistake, 4 threads were broght back in 6 min last one after 10-11. I didnt know u can read 2-3 pages of each thread in 6 min & reply them as well.
Yes ofcourse. Like in one of the thread 7 of 
smilies. Purpose & a Valid Reason.

u PM’ed after u had made the decision to lock…i suggested that u had PM’ed just a polite request that enought threads brought back up for today…

if u didn’t even realize that this wasn’t a random “bringing up”…but a member was bringing up his own threads..AND i had to make u realize that INFO..then what more can i say…

Pray tell us the visual difference between two types of "bringing up" so that we can identify them in the future.
^ i think it is more a function of up bringing than bringing up.

thats not the issue at hand is it??
but still...if u insist...bringing up any random thread would be just random bringing up..and that is what u don't like...which hasn't been done in ages....and this is what u guys object to right?..rightly so..cuz it throws some unwanted threads, owned by someone else, on top of cafe...but i don't see the harm in bringing up a couple of ones own threads....
and...define old threads....is a thread opened in may...with last reply in july considered old???
