its cheaper and better since its DSL
wateen is wi-max which is wireless broadband and is terrible for gaming
u can play with other players around the world but there's a thing called "ping" in multiplayer games which is the delay b/w ur movement on the server
its complicated
simplly put if u play on international servers u'll get high ping = not good for gaming
u can play with other people in the pakistani server = low ping = better gaming
never evr get wateen, they dont have unlimited flat rate either so if ur limit exceeds u r gonna get charged more
whereas PTCL is flat rate download as much as u want
