I guess if u are posting in the hangout section, u are bound to see flooderz. But in specific predetermined sections people refrain themselves from flooding. I have noticed almost no flooding in other sections except hangout...which is meant to have flooding,. But then, i am not exactly sure what you are pointing at as i guess u have had troubles with the issue before.
