So who did you decide to go with for your makeup?

i almost went with these ladies for my makeup but didnt because the lady quoted me 200+ for just hair extensions over the phone without even looking at my hair. When i told them that it didnt cost me that much the last time i got my hair put up for the nikah , they went into a tirade about how its important to have human hair extensions for the “look” even if the hair is covered up :S Also they charged more for airbrush and i found someone who included the air brush in the trial and the actual makeup the day of.

I personally know two ppl who got their makeup done by xpressions.

One didnt give them a very good review and said that they were expensive and that her eye lashes were falling off when she was on stage she also said that she didnt like their attitude. THey seemed hurried because they booked many brides in one day and just generally had a bad attitude towards their competitors (shrily wu etc etc.) .

The other friend said they were very good and that their makeup does not melt of smudge at all. THe second lady also cut costs by borrowing hair extensions from someone else. she also mentioned that during the makeup sessions that they seemed a little rushed but everything turned out very well.
