I have been reading your messages on forum and have just spent the past couple of hours reading this thread and all others on this forum and think this is most terrible thing that can happen to someone with their outfits, i really feel how Xenabs Atelier recked your suits.
I wanted to ask if any of you could bring some attention to an issue that a lot of us living abroad are facing. On Paklinks Forum titled Gupshup, you’ll see many threads on experiences people have had with various designers from Pakistan. Some stories are quite horrific and within our online Gupshup community, we are noticing more and more instances of fraud/deception/poor product/bad customer service/failure to deliver… from Pakistani designers…i.e. Xenabs Atelier. There is very little that people living abroad can do after they’ve been ripped off. Hope fully some media attention and awareness of this issue can help make the situation better, also hoping that sometime in the future your group can do a feature on the current state of this.
Bliss – I can totally understand your frustration towards this, and it really hurts when your hard earn cash goes to trash like this, and lots of things you had to hear from your clients/friends or family for sure…..have some patience.
Xenab - I have noticed in all these msgs you did not reply to her question about the sleeves (for your own design)?? I did check the pictures of that suit on FB and I just said one word “even a blind person can see that it is not right”. and then you have few of her suits which you have for four months!
It will be hard for me to believe you or your work and I am sure most of the people out there too, I never judge a book by its page – and one shouldn’t be unpromising I must say.If you owe her money just send that amount back and you both stop all this.
And as CharmedOne said on Paklinks other Forum - would you like to share how you resolved your issue with bliss? Is there ANYTHING you can do to salvage her suits or refund??..for the sake of your sanity and reputation…
Keeping this perspective - I will definitely not do any business with Xenab, because I already got –ve opinion about your work and attitude towards clients/customers….which is very RISKY!
I hope this matter can resolve soon between you guys…..remember people one time person will get fooled or ripped off but eventually people become aware. My message to vendors and everyone be HONEST.
P.S – Remove all the pictures and personal information from online, this is totally illegal.
I came on this forum as I have my wedding in Nov and looking for some HONEST designers who can make outfits for me, if anyone is honest out there please send me the details in my inbox.
