A recent dress I did for a customer. The back had a train that was 15 inches longer than the front, and the color requested was a little darker and a couple of other changes were made as well.

I'm a little surprised to see that you are completely ignoring bliss001. She seems to have a valid complaint, and if you had a valid case also, you would attempt to defend yourself from her claims and site evidence that the customer is being unreasonable, but instead you are just ignoring her. In my experience, a customer has to have been treated really badly for them to post a message like this... and it seems to me that you have really ripped bliss off.
As a retailer, you should take the time to have a proper discussion with bliss and resolve any outstanding issues so that you both are satisfied. If you didn't honour your agreement with her, to make certain clothes in good quality, good fitting, and on time, then you should refund her money!
Bliss, I fully encourage you to post your experience on as many threads as you can that are related to poor customer experience and dishonest retailers! Get the word out there until you get an appropriate response!
