Umm sorry but we are moderators not owners, we dont control anything that happens between vendors & their respective clients. We are here to just keep peace and make sure people aren't doing things theyre not supposed to.
This can happen to anyone, has happened to me aswell. However, there is a certain level of manners and ettiquettes we all have to maintain especially on a forum!
As far as being fair goes, we aren't here to take sides or fight your battles for you!

Bliss001...you have made your point (several times,I might add),..I feel for you,I really do.I've got crappy suits sitting in my wardrobe too that I will never wear.And yes,the designer is on this forum too.I just put it down to experience...
but all this mud slinging and all is not getting us anywhere...is it?...it just boils down to 'you said'...'she said'...hai na??.Only you and Xenab know the entire story.We cannot force her to refund your money if she believes herself to be right...and neither can we force you to give up your suits either if you think you are right.

But don't you think enough is enough...you have garnered a lot of sympathy and I can see the battle lines already drawn.People have made up their minds as is evident.Xenab has lost potential clients because of this,so really you should call it a day.
Xenab...I can see that mistakes have been made,and as Bliss is running a business herself,she probably lost face with people herself.Is there ANYTHING you can do to salvage her suits??.for the sake of your sanity and reputation...
And rukhs..my I ask why you think Mysti is being unfair??...she's only a mod,she does not own this forum.Nor can she sort this mess out.That is up to the two protagonists.
At the moment we just to-ing and fro-ing with out achieving anything.If this gets any nastier,Mysti will just close this thread..good thing imho...so GET IT SORTED!!!!
Things do get wrong no one is perfect .If you see all high profile designer do such things .Bad behaviours,bad mouth some time its clients fault some time vendors but actually here are 2 vendors fighting :).
Bliss is has to answer her clients and Xenab has to answer her client .Jis kay paysay doobay hain halat us ki kharab ho ghy as she is her self under her clients burden thats why i think she is getting naraz.
This is a indeed a very big circle of mistake.
