Well, the news about Marshall testing positive was conducted by RADO agency (CricInfo), which apparently has no attachment or links to WICB or ICC/WADA (or do they?)
So even though the matter fell outside the jurisdiction of WICB (as Tony Cozier’s article stated), this was the stance by WICB after the independent tests came positive:
“WICB has a zero-tolerance policy on drugs and the matter could come up to the disciplinary committee. We are looking at a time frame of two weeks.”
I guess nothing is done as far as disciplinary action or a ban of any sort…
