Anyhoo ....
[SPOILER below for who haven't seen the movie]
During Prof. Xavier's class about ethics with his student's, he shows them Dr. MacTaggert explaining about a man in a coma with no brain function and goes on to start a discussion about transferring a conciousness into the man.
After the credits a brief scene is shown revealing that Xavier has somehow transferred his conciousness into the man.There is also little glimpse they showed after the credits in theaters (different at different parts of the world):
In north america: The lake (where cyclopes dissapeared) explodes with red light (meaning he is still alive)
i forgot wat other alternate hints were after the credits ....
