X-files : Returns

Anyone getting excited?

I’m debating whether to watch the WHOLE series from the 90’s again just to be caught up.

Not sure if I’m going to be disappointed. Any time they try to bring up something from the dead, on TV, it never works out.

the best thing about bringing back X files is that Gillian Anderson is like 10 times hotter now. How does that work?

Watched the episode last night on fox.com. It was fun watching it, just because I was kind of a fan of the original series. I am not sure if the series would be able to capture new audience, but it will definitely have great potential to get its old fan based back.

I'm still mad at Duchovny for doing that gawd-awful series....what the hell was it called......?

So in protest I haven't watched the new series.
But I know I'm gonna cave....

I’m watching the new season at the moment. The little tacky cheesy comedic touches are making it very hard for me watch it in 1 go…But I love me some Fox Mulder

That terrorism episode was so not x-file, but the one with animal man was so weird. I wanted to bash my head but i guess that that episode was classic x-files.

They did a good job fast forwarding the series to a newer digital era. Many old series fail as they aren't relevant anymore or the time jump isn't done correctly.

Agree. As much as I love X files, the animal episode was crappy and laughable.

watched it....not too bad.....have to agree with most assessments here....some of it is corny but I think some of it always was.....
