Re: WWE wrestler John Cena in India

Excellent! Very nice to read that you had a wonderful time with him. Certainly looking forward to the pictures, provided they are handy. :)

Re: WWE wrestler John Cena in India

Us folks had some very nice discussions in this thread, and it would be hard to see it dropping down the page while ultimately it disappears altogether.

Wrestling fans = biggest reason to keep this thread alive.

Re: WWE wrestler John Cena in India

^^ agreed !

Re: WWE wrestler John Cena in India

Yea, this his first time. Infact in South Asia.
I guess he has been in Hong Kong and Japan before coming to India in Asia.

Re: WWE wrestler John Cena in India

With rumors circulating that the plan is now almost confirmed to pit Cena against RVD at the upcoming ECW One-Night-Stand II with WWE permanently looking to turn Cena heel from that point onwards, do you think it is 'about time'? Should this move have taken place a long time ago, or do you think it should be stretched until any further means necessary, forcing his character to go against the fans' reactions?

Rest assured, if such a plan ever takes place and Cena stands on the opposite corner against RVD for the championship, the former will be booed out of the entire New York City, much less an entire arena, and one can pretty much assume that if this is the case, then we might as well see a top-brand heel vs. company's new-profound face competing each other for the title in the near future.

On another note, do you think it is a hard to imagine Cena be a part of DX, alongwith Michaels and possibly the entire McMahon foundation?

Re: WWE wrestler John Cena in India

Rumors have surfaced from the company itself that DX will have completed it's final circle by the time Vengeance will roll around, and that the Charlotte's own, Ric Flair is also expected to make an appearance (as was indicated in the PPV Ticket Flyer). With hometown boy Flair making a return, what do we say about the entire McMahon foundation making an alliance with Michaels and Cena to form DX while Triple H/Flair are left alone as The Game is flourished into a full-forced face?

Also, Cena vs. RVD is (partially) confirmed for ECW One-Night-Stand II. It is only a matter of time when Cena retains the title against Edge at Vengeance and faces RVD, as was evident from last night's RAW. Notice the double-pin? Benjamin got the three-count on RVD first, as oppose to Triple H regaining the title from Cena (even though the count itself was merely seconds apart). Here is a new beginning. Cena/RVD at the Hammerstein Ballroom. Prepare for a basket full of red tomatoes and paper airplanes being thrown into the ring and towards Cena. A full-time heel is just a corner away.

Thoughts?

Re: WWE wrestler John Cena in India

Yes. We are now just 48 hours away from Judgment Day. Is anyone planning to purchase/watch it? Yes? No? Maybe?

Is there anything to look forward to (besides the possibility of another five-star match between Benoit/Finlay barely two weeks after their bout on Smackdown - rated *****), besides the possibility of JBL retaining the championship once again, solely for the reason to defend it one month later inside the Hammerstein's Ballroom?

Re: WWE wrestler John Cena in India

OH MY GOD! I just head Azaan. YES, I just heard Azaan during the promotional pre-match video between the match of Khali/Taker. Good God! I don't believe it. They actually incorporated two lines of Azaan in the promotional video when the staredown between Undertaker and The Great Khali took place a couple of weeks ago.

What are they trying to prove?

Re: WWE wrestler John Cena in India

Despite this late thread (I'm a fair wrestling fan.. although a PPV-only one due to my satellite provider).. I feel kinda jealous of you ppl here >> although of course in a positive way!
