IT Management - basically, I oversee and control IT projects. I do everything except technical work!!!
But the kind of thing that I do is, for example, my new project. I'm taking ownership of 5 applications used throughout the world by the company I work for. I have to deal with problems, enhancement requests and training for them, as well as guiding them through their life cycle (birth-usage-death). I also need to persuade people in the company to use them!!!
and im stuck in this stupid Microsoft Access project...sorting out a Query.....uuufff life mein tension bhurti ja ruhi hei......and mera rone ko dil kur raha hei.....
and i have to do my User guide too yet.......uuuufffff and then the relationships and the tables in Access and then the macros and the reports ufff uffff ufffff......
Ah but there's the beautiful feeling you get during testing when you fix something that's going wrong.
But it's really frustrating when you spend all day trying to fix just one teeny little problem - then you come back the next morning and realise the problem was just something small that you had forgotten to change earlier on....
