After cesearean (C-Section), still i am facing spot bleeding after 5 days of periods. and hv to eat medicine to stop it. My phycian saying after 1 year u hv to do DNS. but i dont knw wt is it. tell me abut it in detail. wt is it? when v need it. thanx

i had heard about d&c but i never heard about DNS after c-section.. sorry i couldn’t help you . but why didnt you ask about it to dr ? well, i pray may ALLAH help you and give you shifa(aameen)

Dilation (or dilatation) and curettage (D&C) refers to the dilation (widening/opening) of the cervix and surgical removal of part of the lining of the uterus and/or contents of the uterus by scraping and scooping (curettage).
And yes, this is probably something you should be asking and getting clarification about from your doctor. A bunch of random strangers on an online forum do not know your medical history and shouldn’t be advising you.

How long ago was your C sec? I bled for three months post-surgery. Maybe what you thought was your period was just routine post-birth bleeding? In any case, please soak to your doctor ASAP.

It is abut 8 month nw. after periods , bleedng didnt stop itself. Today doc hs taken scan. And nw going to talk doc abut it, plz pray girls. Thanx
