What an awesome film, if you’re into horror that is. A group of young men and women get lost in the forests of West Virginia, where they come in contact with deformed, inbred, cannibalistic mountain men.
The movie keeps you at the edge of your seat the whole time and barely gives you a chance to breathe. There are tons of scenes which make you jump and keep you in suspense. The action is totally relentless. The sound is very well mixed also and puts you right in the scene. It’s definitely the type of movie to experience in theatres.
I looked a lil sneak preview on the net. Supposedly the creature in it is horrifying but from the glimpse of it, didn't look so to me.
Jeepers Creepers was pretty good. Or at least it started out so in the beginning but after the middle it kinda went down, till the very end when it picked up a bit again.
I always thought it'd be very much like Jeepers Creepers (which I thought took a serious nosedive after such a promising start). The leading guy looks like the same guy from 'Riding in cars with boys' (?) Might check it out.

I liked the first Jeepers Creepers. Before "Wrong Turn", they were showing previews for the new Jeepers Creepers, and it doesn't look too promising, but then again, I could be wrong.
i think this movie would be too much for me..i was never able to watch blair witch project even though i really wanted to..kiya karain darr lagta hai :(
Fret, I went to see it 2x yesterday. Once with a friend then with my sisters. The flick is waaaaaayyyyyyy :k: :k: :k: Loved the second-by-second action and loved the concept! Will most definitely buy it when it’s out on DVD, no question about it!
Also, saw the Indian thriller Bhooth Friday night which for an Indian flick was not bad. It took alot from the Exorcist. Urmila’s acting was pretty cool. I wouldn’t compare the film to Raaz since Raaz had stylized songs in it while Bhoot had none, but all in all, Bhoot was a good first try for director Ram Gopal Verma.
Horror buffs, look out for 28 Days Later (a zombie flick) and Freddy vs. Jason, coming to theaters pretty soon.
