I heard there was a written recipe forum on Orkut for Chef Zakir.. I never looked into it so I don't know it it still exists or not. In fact just a few days ago, I saw his book was scanned and posted on some website.

BUT

What I have learned from Chef Zakir is the method of cooking.. he tells you about the intensity of flame, covered, un covered, etc etc which is what makes his recipes so much better than any other chef.. I have his book, but when I follow his recipe from the video it turns out so much better than the recipe in the book...It's the same ingreidents but the method makes the difference! Stick to videos.

ps: yes I am talking on my husband's behalf :$
