The waterfalls sufferng cascaded upon me.
I could not swim beneath its teary depths.
Whirlpools of emotions encircled my limbs-
and carried me away with the currents..
Heavy, sodden, wet and crying I surcumbed my free-will, to those
more aged and wisened than I.
And prayed to the gods and the keepers of destiny
that my fate be no more mild then these.
I too want to watch time pass me by-and lie
Limbs enfolded with neptunes silky embrace.
Star-crossed lines upon my palm.
I am not afraid of thee.
Even the most gnarled tree trunks, hold gems of truth and
Fruitful destiny, entwined between the folds of wood.
Etched circle lines all voicing a story.
Wrinkles and lines upon my face will only add to the twinkled laughter that you see today-dancing in my eyes. Catching the lisped secrets in the night, and dancing away to those silent melodies, chains of gods, released from my feet.
