like poetry …personal writing peices, or sharing the parts of authors, writer’s writings from thier books etc.
can we have the forum for them ??

You can use Poetry, or if you like, the Society, Culture & Literature forum.
I have a feeling that nasr and nazm both should be together. Nasr say as part of the poetry forum (or adjacent) where guppies can share iqtibaasaat and other good pieces of literature. Society and Culture are broad enough in themselves to occupy an independent forum.
