Instead he built
Roads.
Postal system
Through out the muslim kingdom.

Zaheer ud Din Babar, visionary extra odinair, wrote letter to Ibrahim Lohdi @ age 18 or 19 that he was coming to Hindustan to claim his Grand Father's (Timur Lane) Throne. Few years later Won the Battle of Panipat against huge odds.
Plus started keeping his journal from age 12, Camel with his books was always the first to be packed for the move..... Babar Naama.
