Wrist Bands

What do all the colors mean?

Re: Wrist Bands

the black and white one is Thierry Henry's "football against racism"....he doesnt come with it but its only £1.50 at JD Sports :)

i think the pink one is breast cancer?

i think the yellow one is for Aids? or Tsunami...i divent na :o

Re: Wrist Bands

The Yellow wrist band that is fairly common in US (atleast) is for Lance Armstrong Foundation. The guy is a cancer survivor and a cyclist and has won Tour De France some 5-6 times already. The yellow band has the words "LIVE STRONG" on it and the profits go to fight cancer.

Re: Wrist Bands

^ Mr know it all :snooty:

mind you, ur probably right.

how many colours do u have? :stuck_out_tongue:

Re: Wrist Bands

They look tacky no matter what color.

Re: Wrist Bands

They don't look tacky. They are all for a good cause. Keep that in mind.

Re: Wrist Bands

Really?

How many did you purchase? An arm length full because they are for charity? Oh please.

They look tacky and the color are garish!

Re: Wrist Bands

I know there is a new one that is white and Says One...and I think that is about beaing Aids one person at a time.. I know Jamie Foxx and some other big celebs are supporting it..

Re: Wrist Bands

As a matter of fact, I did purchase some but thats because cancer is a part of my family and so I think whatever can be done to help raise awareness for the deadly disease is worth a cause in itself. Its not about the colour, its about the cause, like I mentioned earlier.

Re: Wrist Bands

white one is make poverty history.
blue one is beat bullying.
red one is give blood.
pink one is for breast cancer.
yellow one is cancer as well i think.

Re: Wrist Bands

yup i bought that one !!! support monsieur Henry !!!

Re: Wrist Bands

Thank you!! :)

I'm going to go buy every single one and have a rainbow on my wrsit. :D

Luxury stop being a FOB yaar, they're for a good cause and it encourages others, that's what matters.

Re: Wrist Bands

I see these ribbon sorta magnetic things behind almost every car on the roads. Can't you just buy it and not display it?

Re: Wrist Bands

i think theres also an armband worn which qualifies an individual as a poof...

Re: Wrist Bands

Is there one to indicate your dislike for wrist/arm bands? I’d like to donate money for that cause.

Re: Wrist Bands
