how do you look pass their created deception? & their words that may sound real, but in reality, are nothing but lies.

Ok how about this:
I pretend to be bad. I pretend to be evil and the one who gets on everyone’s nerves and yet I accomplish this mission to certain level. I don’t like to give out vibes of being nice to anyone. Thats only for those ppl who can get close to me and who can see thru my mask of being evil. Hope this answers

Experience and maturity are two things that help 
and the response would vary from person to person, some people can put two and two together very quickly, then there are simpeltons like me, who are too gullible and naive, and are taken on a ride every now and then.
