Its sure the so called Jesus picture.
Actually what happens is that we have a screen at the back of the eye ball. So when we see an image for a while it captures the image and kinda prints no the retina or the screen. Since the image is captured and its virtual, which means that its inverted (negative, like the photo negative). So when you close the eyes your vision sends the image back to your brain and therefore you see a revert or original picture.
In this case its showing you the inverted image which is actually showing you the real pic when you close the eyes.
This could be a scam by Johavas Wittness or other missionaries,
