muffin or whole wheat grilled bagel with plain cream cheese. in coffee, regular good coffee from a nice coffee shop.
Khumar, poppy seeds are not addictive as an illicit drug in that quantity.
they are not edible as is for non addictive purposes so the muffin poppy seeds are not processed as to give a drug use high. :>
