Just suppose, you work in an Organization where you give your 100%,and also,your hard work & sincerity are being appreciated & praised by your seniors & Managament but only through verbally,but you aren’t given any increment or anything of that sort even after doing excellent job,so much so that,when you ask the Management for a pay raise,they would give you the reason of current financial situation not being so good,etc & ask you to wait without making it clear how long more you have to wait, would you still be motivated to continue to give your 100%,or would you become kind of demotivated?

been there…n im defenitely no longer motivated…
