If my wife to be asked my wage I would be ok to let her know as finance is important. (I wouldn't tell her about the profits i receive from the business just the standard wage :p)

Hell no. Why would I respect like a guy like that? I would however respect the woman who chooses a guy based on his wallet size. At least she is being honest to her true character :D
