I did say all cases were not halaal. If both are not attracted to each other and one is significantly older and it is a formality i don’t think it would. One can say it can but i don’t think so.
What if one grew up with a younger brother- who later turns out to be adopted- and through life you have frequently hugged but now you find out you are not related by blood. Would future hugs change things? I don’t think so. Insaan aur jaanwar mein farak to hota hai.
