Yes-but in the same way if women donate eggs, they'll be inseminated by sperm which is non-mehrem, hence I wouldn't think it'd be halal- it sounds shady and I would stay far away from such things. It's definately nothing like donating blood, if you do donate blood regularly you'd know better. MO3, I would definately not go for it, there are MANY other ways of going through that cherished mommy feeling that are "Islam- friendly" :)
