physically obviously at times it’s not possible to tell if either of the gender is a virgin as Deeba said. However the question remains how about accidently finding about the past relationship etc after a good year or so has passed. What would a person do then in such a hypothetical situation?

Eject the person completely. Come back 8 months after. Only to leave again 3 years later. Thats one real life example for you.
