And when I owned a business, I would not hire people who had funny coloured hair (blue/green/pink etc), because they require too much attention. I feel the same about tattoos (if they are visible). They are like neon signs saying “Look at me! Look at me!” I always tried to hire grown-ups. Not little bacche screaming for attention.

Is that evne possible now? to hire someone who doesn’t have tattoos? I remember a couple of jobs I had…98% of the employees had tattoos, so I guess they realized it was too mainstream to not hire someone because of it..
