Say a drunk person is in a bad situation and isn’t really able to help them self. Would you jump in to help them out (considering you’re not going to get harmed)?

I fail to understand why it matters if he/she wants help or not.The OP clearly states tht the person in qs is in a bad situation & is unable to help themself.She also states tht we wont be harmed.Then whts wrong in helping a fellow human(regardless of whether he is a drunk or not…good or bad).Im not accountable for his/her actions ,But Im accountable for my actions.
