Say a drunk person is in a bad situation and isn’t really able to help them self. Maybe they’re left alone late at night, or random guys are coming on to a drunk girl, or they’re just lost, need money, etc. Would you jump in to help them out (considering you’re not going to get harmed)?

If its a manI dont really care .. unless he is in a dangerous situation like once I saw a guy fall down in the middle of the road ... I helped him get on the side path with the help of another fellow .. but if its a woman .. then yes for sure ...

to be honest , getting drunk and losing themselves if their fault not ours .. in many cases they are nothing but hassle to the rest of us !
Men can look after themselves .. only incases where they might get physically harmed .. i would just remove them from the way of harm .. but women are vulnerable , most of them get sexually exploited .. so if I see someone in any kind of trouble , yes i would either try to help or call the police immediately ...
But in general I try to stay away from this kind of crowd .. even when I come across them on the streets , I just keep to my business ...

Haven't face any instance where i directly assisted drunk person. But there is one. The church that i go to also provides food and shelter to anyone in need. So on Sunday evening i went to church for worship and saw drunk person entering. He was throwing up and crying for help. I told my pastor. My pastor and other guys helped him into church and finally he still comes to our church as a worshiper. He was given counseling, shelter and put on adult education centre to further his studies.

Probly would, depends if there's anyone else around to help.

The difficult call to make is whether the drunkard in question is looking for help or just wants to be a drunk bum on the street and left alone.
I would observe from a distance and call the police/ambulance and intervene personally really only if needed.

OP jee. From a humanistic standpoint, I would. Definitely.

Only if they are going to get harmed , or would harm others to get them or others out of the harms way.
Afterward I would try to make sure that they overcome their addiction.

I fail to understand why it matters if he/she wants help or not.The OP clearly states tht the person in qs is in a bad situation & is unable to help themself.She also states tht we wont be harmed.Then whts wrong in helping a fellow human(regardless of whether he is a drunk or not…good or bad).Im not accountable for his/her actions ,But Im accountable for my actions.
