Just a few pics of an updo I am considering. My BBF thinks the ornaments are a little ostentatious. I think its elegant and different and would look great in photographs after the ceremony in couple shoots. The head would be covered by the dupatta during the event so we shouldn’t be worried about any negative comments by guests.
What do you think, and why?

I don’t personally like the actual pieces worn by Katie Holmes but I like the idea, reminds me of a single circular hairpiece I saw at a fashion show once:

Nah, its too flat from the front. I like the back part though.

I really don't like the ones that Katie is wearing either...it's a nice idea, but personally I wouldn't do it!
I'd prob be keeping the dupatta on the entire time..

whats the point of wearing it if its gonna be covered by the dupatta anyways? the dupatta is usually so heavy that it semi ruins your hairdo from all the weight anyways.

No, don’t like it too much. It’s your wedding though wear if you love it!
