i personally wouldnt because at the back of my mind i would always be thinking that he's marrying me for citizenship... something similar to this happend recently to a close family friend's daughter. she got married to a guy here on a work permit, they have 2 sons together one who was only born a few months ago. the guy recently acquired citizenship and now he acts as if he's not even married. he doesn't talk to his wife at all and its as if he is living a seperate life. the saddest part is that he doesn't even acknowledge is own sons. he just pushes them away and doesn't want to get involved in anything. he acts as if they are not even his children.
i know not EVERY guy is like this and this is most likely an extreme example but still its something that would worry me enough to want to marry someone who is british born.
