Ok here is the situation.
Few of your friends are not completely laid-back or taking-it-easy kind. When you around them you don't feel comfortable for one reason for another. They are not grounded.
Is it ok to ask them how they see them self. Or "what exactly you think you are?"
Not in a bad manner but to just to see how the see them self.

The thing is I am not trying to solve a situation here. I am hmmm just talking.. I guess.
I did not mean they make me feel bad about my self at all.
Its type of delusion some of us temporarily live in.
But get this.
For a long time I thought I was going to be a world-champion. I used to act like it too. Little TOOOOO laid-back, thinking things were gonna come to me eventually.
That did not happen. I am still trying to catch up with things.
At that time I annoyed my loyal friends a lot. They tried to tell me NOT to forget normal/usual life.
But I did.
SO in that context I wanted to know I that ok for us to ask some one how they see them selves.

Just be like you're doing a social experiment you read in some book and ask them your question ... and make up some bogus story after like if they think that they are good but can be better than tell them you are among 50% of the world population who wants to improve themselves ... or something bogus like that .... that way you have ur answer and no one has to feel awkward
