If you admitted to your professor that you cant understand a damn word they say because of their accent? AND to make it worse the course is dependent on her lectures and going to class and she basically doesnt follow the damn syllabus at all..

just make sure that you keep your calm and cool.
do not feel that you are the only one.
studies you are doing for ur own self.
so use others to ur advantage.
the prof is supposed to help u so, make sure that u do not allow anybody to get a bad grade because of their fault.

it wouldnt be bad..just like go after school and tell her/him you understand like nothing he/she is talking about about..and maybe he/she will try to help you..i went to my math teacher...and she helped me after school

I had the same problem with one of my lecturers, she was greek.
We got a group together in the class and approached the director of studies. We explained our problem to him and she was changed!

this would the right approach to give your feedback...
I'm afraid there aren't many options in midst of the course - I'd perhaps just avail the Prof's office hours in the hopes of understanding the material a little better.

Well email the professor, see if you can get some tutoring (see if you can get in tough with a TA), check with other students in the class and see if you can form a a study group. Read the topics in the book and check the library if they have some student guide.
When I was taking calc, I had an I rish teacher with a heavy accent, anyhow we got used to his accent after couple weeks.
