i got a straight lambi kameez with trousers made last year in nov 2009 in this silver/grey color with silver kaam on neck, sleeves, and daman. would it be alrite to wear this color for my sister in laws wedding? the wedding is in jan 2011. thaanks.

Silver should look just fine. Don't worry about anything else just make sure you carry yourself well. If you're confident, you'll look fab! :)
thats the color but mine has silver kaam on it, diamantes and sequins and kaam is quite nice and intricate. sorry dun have a pic of exact dress but thats the color.

thanks guys @mama ki dua the dress is nice and i got it made from jabeens, however i had 2 issues 1) its not going to be an A line panneled shirt or one of those long kameezes touching my feet,2) color being appropriate for the baraat. but i guess ur rite its all about carrying it properly. P.S are people still wearing simple long kameezes to weddings that are a little below knee length only?

paisley: It’s ok if it isn’t up to date. I’ve seen a few girls still wearing short kameezain. Don’t worry about the trends, if this is the only outfit to work with just be confident. Make sure the hair and makeup are perfect hehe As long as they are immaculate you will look stunning girl!
