eeek this is scary... I was amazed to see that no one even took out their cellphone to call 911.. I feel like thats the least I would have done in this situation!!

Its quite normal to be honest.... Majority of ppl would think its a parent having a hard time with an out of control child..... So many shows done on this..... Recently watched a real good one on the show, the drs... Defence teacher teaches kids in such a situation to drop to the floor, kick the stranger whilst screaming to the public, "HELP! STRANGER! HELP. not my parent. " key word being stranger which lets ppl that can see, know that the person who is manhandling the child is NOT a parent.
