The worst wedding has gotta be my cousins one a few years back. In list format...
The brides family alienated everyone at the wedding, since they were treated badly by them at other weddings (despite being forced to invite them :S)
When people came over to congratulate the bride at home they didn't even offer tea!
They made a guest to the wedding cook for the family during the days before the wedding
They hired a marquee in the back garden and invited no1 to sit, eat and enjoin in general merriment
During the wedding, the brides family ran around like headless chicken trying to accommodate 1000 people (a few uninvited), so they had two sit ins for meals, since they could only fit 500 people in the hall at one time!! so imagine two rounds of getting people to get in, eat and get out!
The 'dood pilai' was spilt all over the grooms bro in law (he was a jerk so its all good) lol.
The groom forked over £50 between 5 bridesmaids!
The bides mother was snubbed by the bride during the cake cutting.
There were no waiters to serve 1k people food it was family relatives who dished it out, some of who in the end stole 1/3 of the food!!
The wedding car broke down before getting to the hall- thankfully it regained life and made it to the door!
The driver smelt like sweat. ugh just remembering it makes me nauseas!
The brides maids clothes turned out to be completely different than ordered (thankfully i ordered mine separately)
I swear I could go on, but it's bringing up bad memories- worst part about it is that the daughters a GP doctor, probably earning more than most but forked over hardly anything- cheap ass! lol i love her but cheap is cheap! And in the end during the honeymoon she fell sick
has got to be one of the worst weddings- but i gotta admit the photos depicted it as a gorgeous wedding! she definitely got her money's worth !!
