i hate washing up after eating
thats why i try to clear up as i go along and clear up everything, wipe dpown surfaces etc before dinner is served...that way only dinner and serving dishes and cutlery need to be washed

Ponam…I put it in hot water (boiling hot) n then theres a thin membrane, start taking it off n with this membrane all blood vessels will be removed …in the meantime, make masala regular way but with more tomatoes n then add brain…cook for a while n thats it!

Going back to the onion bit, try keeping your onions in the fridge when you get them home from the store. I find them virtually "tearless" after that.

I wear goggles to protect ma self from the bitterness of onion when cuttin/peelin it, which helps me finish it in no time

same here. It totally takes my appetite away. I am getting used to eating the meat after cleaning it ......
