Re qualifications, that could be said for everybody, there is no ‘course’ you need to complete to be a politician, ie.what are Imran Khan’s qualifications?? Playing cricket?? That doesn’t stop many from supporting him.

Does “political Science” ring a bell? He does have a formal education and more than a decade worth of experience in the filed.
